"The Curtain Comes Back" is a fourth-wall-breaking transition between the
archive prologue and the continuing Ace and Jack adventures in the garage.

Ace and Jack pull aside a theatrical curtain and reveal that the Files and
Gopherspace landscapes were sets. They identify themselves as actors working
for DJRC, the Webmaster at NITETIME.NET, thank the audience in advance for
the site's future wild success, and invite readers into the garage where the
action will begin.

The reveal is playful, not a rejection of the earlier stories. Props and
scenery from those issues remain backstage, suggesting that fiction, archive,
performance, and website may continue to overlap. DJRC is credited within the
scene through a director's chair and equipment slate; no physical appearance
is invented.

The closing invitation favors old-school exploration: keep bookmarks, make
notes, follow paths, and enjoy discovering the site as a place.
